In our retreats we combine Yoga, Meditation, therapies (Reflexology, foot reading, Acupuncture, Massage and Shiatsu) and great vegetarian food.

These retreats are tailored according to your specific needs and objectives. We work with you to create the conditions that deepen self-awareness and promote understanding of the emotional processes that may be blocking deeper fulfillment in your life. 

 

The locus of our healing retreats is a yurt on 5000 sqm of olive and almond terraces situated 5 minutes drive out of the spa town of Lanjaron. Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, it affords spectacular views. The yurt provides a tranquil retreat space in an area of outstanding beauty.
